How to make

Step 1
In a shape, add olive oil to taste. Next do a sliced potatoes layer. After that, add olive oil, salt and black pepper over the potatoes.
Step 2
Add sliced onions, and then the steaks and salt over it.
Step 3
Cover it with aluminum paper and take it to preheated oven 356°F for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the aluminum paper and take to oven again, until it goldens.
Step 5
Finish with chives to taste.

  • 1 unit of onion
  • 800 grams of steak
  • Olive oil to tasty
  • Salt to tasty
  • Black pepper to tasty
  • Coarse salt to tasty
  • 1 unit of aluminum foil
  • Chives to tasty
