In a container, add 1k chicken leg, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon grated garlic, 1 teaspoon black pepper and 1 teaspoon paprika. If you don't want to do it with the chicken leg, you can do it with the thigh or chicken breast.

Now, mix all the ingredients very well, so that the chicken is well seasoned. Remembering that you can use the seasoning of your choice.

In an ovenproof dish, add the chopped potatoes and seasoned chicken. On top, put 250g of mayonnaise and mix well. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
Step 4
Then remove from the oven and remove the foil. Return to the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until the chicken is browned.
