In a refractory, add 1kg of pig ribs, 350ml of black beer and ½ orange juice. Cover it with plastic film and take to marinate for 1 hour.

In a pressure-pan, add a little oil, add the shopped onion and let it golden. Next, add 3 chopped garlic cloves and mix.

After that, add the ribs and the black beer. Add black pepper, spicy paprika, oregano and salt to taste. Mix it very well. Close the pressure-pan and once it get pressure, let it cook for 40 minutes.
