In a container, add the juice of 1 lemon, salt to taste and oregano to taste. Mix well until the salt starts to dilute. Then add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix again until consistent.

Then add the chopped potatoes, mix and set aside.

Grease a pan with oil. Then add the sausages. I'm using the Tuscan sausage, but you can use your reference.

Now add the seasoned potatoes. Then add tomato sauce on top of the sausages like this. Finally, sprinkle spicy paprika on top.
Step 5
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated tin at 200°C for 40 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the foil, return to the oven for another 20 minutes to dry the water.
