In a frying pan, add olive oil, chopped onion, mix it and let it golden. Next, add grated garlic and let it fries. Now add the chopped tomato and let it cook until wilts.

In the blender, add the water used to cook the chicken, corn, sour cream, cottage cheese and beat it all very well.

Pour the mixture in a pan, add salt and mix. Add parsley, chive and incorporate.
Step 5
Transfer to a serving dish and spread well. Finish with grated mozzarella and potato chips to taste.
