In a bowl, add 600g of chicken fillet. Season it with ½ lemon juice, olive oil to taste, salt, spicy paprika, black pepper to taste and 2 grated garlic cloves.

In a frying pan, add a little of olive oil and fry the chicken until it goldens.

In the Blender, add 700g of baked potato, 2 tablespoons of butter, salt to taste, 200g of milk cream and 500ml of milk. Beat it all very well for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the cream in the frying pan, turn on medium heat and stir until it thickens. Add 100g of grated mozzarela and mix until the mozzarela melts.
Step 5
Now add the chicken fillet. Finish with chive and olive to taste.
