How to make

Step 1
In a container, add 1kg of chicken fillet and 200g of cream. Add coloral, black pepper, saffron, fine herbs, 1 egg and salt to taste. Mix everything well and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Remembering that you can add the seasoning of your choice.
Step 3
In an ovenproof dish, add breadcrumbs to taste, salt to taste, turmeric to taste and mix.
Step 4
Add the chicken fillet and bread. Repeat this process until you run out of ingredients.
Step 5
In a skillet with oil, add the breaded chicken and let it fry.

  • 1 kilo of chicken fillet
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 1 coffee spoon of paprika
  • 1/2 coffee spoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 coffee spoon of saffron
  • 1 coffee spoon of fine herbs
  • 1 unit of egg
  • salt to tasty
  • breadcrumbs to tasty
  • oil to tasty
