In a pressure cooker, add 3 cups of beans, bay leaf to taste and add water until covered. Let it cook for approximately 40 minutes after picking up pressure.

In a blender, add the cooked beans along with the water. Beat very well and set aside. It is very important to remove the bay leaves before beating.

In a pan, add a drizzle of oil, chopped bacon and let it fry. Add the pepperoni and the thin sausage. Mix until light golden.

Now add ½ chopped onion, grated garlic to taste and mix. Then add black pepper to taste, sweet paprika to taste and mix again.
Step 5
Transfer the beans from the blender to the pan and add.
Step 6
Finally, add salt to taste and green smell to taste. Stir and cook for approximately 3 minutes.
