In a saucepan, add 70g of butter and let it melt. Then add 70g of wheat flour and mix. As soon as the flour dissolves, add 700ml of milk, mix well and when the cream thickens, remove from heat.

In a refractory place the chicken that we cooked before, spread it out and add the broccoli on top. Pour the white sauce over the broccoli and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from oven, add grated cheese on top and bake again for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
