How to make

Step 1
In a container, add 200ml of hot water and 25g of strawberry gelatin. Mix well until the gelatin dissolves. Grease a baking dish with oil and add the gelatin. Repeat this process with all gelatins. Remembering that the flavors are to your liking.
Step 2
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Now cut the jellies into small cubes like this. Grease a mold with oil, add the diced gelatins and set aside.
Step 4
In a container, add 400g of condensed milk, 400g of cream and 20g of colorless gelatin (hydrated according to the package). Beat everything very well.
Step 5
Pour the mixture over the gelatin and mix well with a spatula so that the cream mixes in that way. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

  • 1 liter of hot water
  • 25 grams of strawberry gelatin
  • 25 grams of lemon gelatin
  • 25 grams of grape gelatin
  • 25 grams of pineapple gelatin
  • 25 grams of passion fruit gelatin
  • 400 grams of condensed milk
  • 400 grams of sour cream
  • 20 grams of colorless, flavorless gelatina
