How to make

Step 1
For this recipe, start by cutting an avocado in half. Then remove the seed.
Step 2
In a container, add the unflavored gelatin powder. Then add the water and mix well. Let it hydrate for 5 minutes and then microwave it for 10 seconds.
Step 3
In the blender, add the avocado, the cream, the lemon juice and beat for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the condensed milk, hydrated gelatine and beat for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer to a container and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 6
Finish with lemon zest to taste.

  • 12 grams of colorless gelatin
  • 200 grams of cream
  • 395 grams of condensed milk
