In a container, add 4 eggs and 1 and ½ cup sugar. Beat well until light.

Now add ½ cup oil, 1 cup milk and mix again. Then gradually add 2 cups of sifted wheat flour and mix. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon yeast and mix lightly.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

In a saucepan, add 790g of condensed milk, ½ cup of powdered milk and add. Add 1 tablespoon butter, turn on over medium heat and mix. Then add 200g of cream. Mix again until the cream thickens.

With the cream ready and cold, gradually add 300ml of whipped cream and mix well. Then add 100g of chocolate flakes and mix again.
Step 6
In an ovenproof dish, add 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of sugar and ½ cup of powdered milk. Mix well until the powdered milk is completely dissolved.
Step 7
Now with the cake already cut into 2 equal parts, drizzle the first part with the liquid we made earlier. Add cream and spread very well.
Step 8
Finally, add the second layer of cake, water again, cover with film and refrigerate for approximately 3 hours or until chilled.
Step 9
Now, with the cake ready and iced, unmold and sprinkle powdered milk all over the cake.
