In the Blender, add 100g of popcorn, 500ml of milk, 1 tablespoon of butter and beat it very well. Pass the mixture through a sieve, squeezing well to remove all liquid.
Step 2
Add 1 teacup of powdered milk and 1 teacup of sugar. Take it to medium heat and mix until it thickens. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cold to room temperature.
Step 3
Now add 300ml of chantilly and mix well. Transfer to a refractory and take to freezer for 4 hours.
Step 4
Finish with melted chocolate or any covering of your preference.
