In a container add 200 ml of milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 10 grams of dry biological yeast and 3 tablespoons of margarine or butter. Now mix well until the yeast and sugar are completely dissolved.

Now just pour this mixture over the wheat flour. Mix well and when the dough is firm, add two egg yolks. Now knead with your hands and if the dough still does not gain consistency, add water gradually, until you get the ideal point.

Knead the dough for approximately 10 minutes or until it is very soft and smooth.

Place the dough in a container, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. This dough grows a lot and becomes very soft.

Now it's just modeling. Divide the dough into small pieces, approximately 50 grams each. Knead well and fill with the guava paste. Spread the guava paste in the wheat flour to make it easier to cut. Now just repeat this process until you run out of ingredients.

After finishing all the balls, let them rest for another 10 minutes. Now just fry it. Remembering that the fire has to be low, so that the balls cook inside and don't burn. Let them fry until they turn golden.
Step 7
In a container, mix sugar and cinnamon to taste. And pass all the balls in this mixture.
