I cooked the 6 eggs for 12 minutes as I like the yolk well cooked. But if you like the creamier yolk, cook for 7 minutes or for a more liquid yolk, cook for 6 minutes.

To bread, spread the hard-boiled egg in all-purpose flour. Then pass the beaten eggs. Finally, pass in the breadcrumbs. Repeat this process so that the egg has a thicker shell. I used breadcrumbs, but you can use Panko flour, which works great too.

It is important that you remove all excess flour, so as not to create any pellets.
