How to make

Step 1
In a container, add 1 chopped and boiled potato, 150ml of warm milk and knead very well. Add 1 tablespoon of dry biological yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix everything very well. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Now add 1 teaspoon of butter, 1 egg and 2 cups of all-purpose flour. Add wheat flour gradually and mix. Add green scent to taste and mix again. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish, add all the dough and spread well. Using a spatula, divide the dough into 3 equal parts like this. Let it sit for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Between cuts, add 150g of mozzarella pieces. Then over all the bread, add pepperoni to taste, cut into slices.
Step 5
Brush an egg yolk over the dough and place in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden.
