CHICKEN PIE WITH MAYONNAISE PASTA

How to make

Step 1
In a container, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 400g of mayonnaise. Mix well. Now add the rest of the mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and add. I added the mayonnaise little by little. With your hands, mix again.
Step 2
Transfer the dough to a counter and knead for approximately 2 minutes. Then divide the dough into two equal parts. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough like this. Repeat this process with the other half of the dough.
Step 3
Finally, place the dough on a baking sheet, shape and remove the excess. Place the chicken stuffing on the baking sheet and spread it out well. With the other part of the dough, cover the filling, shape like this and remove all the excess.
Step 4
Using a knife, cut the middle of the dough into an X shape. Brush 1 egg yolk over the top, place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Step 5
To make the filling is very simple. In a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 chopped onion. Mix well and as soon as the onion wilts, add 3 cloves of grated garlic and add.
Step 6
Now add 600g of cooked and shredded chicken and let it cook. Then add paprika to taste, oregano to taste and salt to taste. Mix well. Then add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 340g of tomato sauce and add. Add 1 chopped tomato and stir. Finally, add 200g of cream and mix again.
