How to make
Step 1
In a pan, add the chopped potatoes, water, salt and let it cook.
Step 2
In a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt. Then add the chopped onion and let it brown. Then add the grated garlic and let it fry.
Step 3
Now add the ground beef, salt, black pepper and sweet paprika. Mix, let cook until dry all the water and book.
Step 4
Transfer the cooked potatoes to a container, add 25g of butter, salt, black pepper and mash very well. Then add the egg, wheat flour and stir until it becomes a dough.
Step 5
Take some of the dough, transfer it to a table and open it. Then add some ground beef, model and close very well. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used up.
