500 grams of macaroni

3 units of cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Oregano to tasty
Black pepper to tasty
100 milliliters of milk
100 milliliters of water
200 grams of sour cream
150 grams of grated mozzarella
1 tablespoon of butter
Grated parmesan to tasty
Parsley to tasty
How to make
Step 1
In a pot of boiling water, add five hundred grams of pasta, a tablespoon of salt, mix and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 2
In a frying pan, add three cloves of minced garlic and let it fry.
Step 3
Add a chopped onion and add.
Step 4
Add two tablespoons of tomato paste, salt to taste, oregano to taste, black pepper and mix.
Step 5
Add one hundred ml of milk, one hundred ml of water and add.
Step 6
Now add two hundred grams of cream and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Step 7
Add 150 grams of grated mozzarella, a tablespoon of butter and mix.
Step 8
Add the pasta that we cooked earlier and mix well.
Step 9
Finish with grated parmesan and parsley to taste.
