3 units of medium potatoes
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
Water to tasty
Ice cubes to tasty
1 cup of cornstarch
1 cup of wheat flour
Oil to tasty
Salt to tasty

How to make
Step 1
Cut the potatoes in half and then into sticks.
Step 2
After cutting, in a large bowl, pour the potatoes and add the salt, sugar, water until the potatoes and ice cubes are covered.
Step 3
After that, remove the potatoes from the water and dry them very well with the help of a dish towel or paper towel.
Step 4
In another container, sift the wheat flour and cornstarch.
Step 5
After that, add the potatoes to this dry mixture and wrap them all very well.
Step 6
Remove all excess flour and fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden.

If you want, add salt and black pepper to taste. Serve still hot.
