PORK RIB WITH BARBUCUE SAUCE

A butcher taught me this secret and I didn't believe him.

Ingredients

  • 600 grams of pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Garlic, onion and parsley to tasty
  • Black pepper to tasty
  • Salt to tasty
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 3 units of cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 unit of onion

How to make

Step 1
In a pan, add the olive oil and the ribs. Season with garlic, onion, dehydrated parsley, black pepper, salt and fry. Then flip, season and let fry on the other side.
Step 2
In a pan, add the butter and let it melt. Then add the grated garlic and let it fry. Then add the tomato paste, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, sugar, salt and mix everything very well.
Step 3
In foil, add onion rings and place the ribs on top. Then brush with the sauce we made earlier.
Step 4
Cover with aluminum foil and place in a pan. Cover and let cook for approximately 15 minutes.
