RICE WITH PORK BELLY
My husband's favorite recipe ¡it's so tasty I make it every Sunday.

Ingredients
400 grams of pork belly
1 unit of lemon
4 units of garlic cloves
Black pepper to tasty
Cumin to tasty
Salt to tasty
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
100 milliliters of water
1/2 unit of red bell pepper
1/2 unit of green pepper
1 unit of red onion
500 grams of raw rice
Sweet paprika to tasty
600 milliliters of water
Parsley and chives to tasty
How to make
Step 1
In a container, add the pork belly cut into cubes, the lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic, black pepper, cumin, salt and mix everything very well.
Step 2
In a pan, add the olive oil, sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves completely. Then add the pork belly and fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Now add 100ml of water, cover and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add chopped red pepper, green pepper and red onion. Then add 2 cloves of garlic and mix well.
Step 5
Add raw rice, sweet paprika and mix. Then add the salt, 600ml of water until covered, mix and cook until the water dries up.
