AVOCADO SALAD WITH TUNA

This salad is so delicious and healthy that I make it over and over again!

Ingredients

  • 1 unit of cucumber
  • 1 unit of red onion
  • 1 unit of lemon
  • Salt to tasty
  • 1 unit of avocado
  • Parsley and chives to tasty
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 170 grams of grated tuna

How to make

Step 1
In a container, add the onion cut into rings, the lemon juice, the salt, mix and let it rest for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 2
In another container, add the chopped cucumber, the onion, the chopped avocado, the parsley, the onion and set aside.
Step 3
In another container, add the vinegar, olive oil, salt and mix well. Pour this sauce over the salad and add the grated tuna. Mix everything very well.
Step 4
Take it to the fridge for approximately 30 minutes.
