CHEESE BREAD WITH CHEESE

I made a garlic cheese bread that is simple and tastes better.

Ingredients

  • 5 grams of dry biological yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 120 milliliters of warm water
  • 200 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 coffee spoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
  • 1 unit of clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
  • Mozzarella to tasty
  • Parmesan cheese to tasty
  • Oregano to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a bowl, add the baking powder, the sugar, the natural water and mix it well. Next, add the wheat flour, salt and mix it again.
Step 2
Then add the oil and, with your hands, knead very well until the dough is smooth and soft.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl, cover it with plastic film and let it rest for 1 hour.
Step 4
In another bowl, add the melted butter, chopped garlic, cream cheese, mix it and set aside.
Step 5
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough. Then transfer to a greased shape with parchment paper.
Step 6
Pass the mixture we did before over all the dough. Then add the grated mozzarella, the grated parmesan cheese and oregano.
Step 7
Take it to preheated oven at 392°F for 10 minutes.
