These Braised Beef Short Ribs smell so amazing while cooking!

700 grams of ribs
Salt to tasty
Black pepper to tasty
Oil to tasty
2 units of heads of garlic
2 tablespoons of tomato extract
1 cup of beef stock
1/2 cup of wine
150 grams of bacon
100 grams of mushrooms

How to make
Step 1
Season short rib with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 2
In a large skillet, add olive oil, warm up with medium-high heat, sauté ribs until turn brown. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3
In the same skillet, add halved garlics and minced garlics, pan-fry for a while. Add tomato paste, pan-fry until sauté. Pour in beef stock. Add the ribs in. Whisk red wine. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the skillet to an oven, roast at 350ºF for 2.5 hours.
Step 5
In another skillet, warm up with medium-high heat, add chopped bacon, sliced mushrooms, pan-fry until sauté.
Step 6
In a plate, place on roasted ribs and bacons. Garnish with scallion and serve.
