PUDDING WITH STRAWBERRY JELLY

Ingredients

  • 2 units of eggs
  • 1 unit of yolk
  • 300 milliliters of milk
  • 790 grams of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of powdered milk
  • Butter or margarine to tasty
  • 400 grams of strawberry
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 unit of lemon
  • Strawberries to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a bowl, add eggs, yolks, milk and beat it all very well. Next, add condensed milk, powdered milk and mix.
Step 2
Transfer the mixture to a greased (with butter) sheet. Place it in a bain-marie and take to a preheated oven at 356°F for 1 hour.
Step 3
Once you remove it from the oven, refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
In a pan, add chopped strawberries, sugar and lemon juice. Turn on medium heat and let it cook until it turns into a jelly. Then let it cool at room temperature.
Step 5
Once it’s cold, place the jelly over the pudding, spread very well.
Step 6
Finish with strawberries to taste.
