FISH IN WHITE SAUCE

I made this fish recipe on past Christmas and everyone loved.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of tilapia fillet
  • 2 units of lemons
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of spicy paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 3 units of cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil to tasty
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 200 grams of creamcheese
  • 25 grams of parmesan cheese
  • Grated mozzarella to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a bowl, add the tilapia fillets, lemon juice and mix.
Step 2
In a refractory, add breadcrumbs, salt, spicy paprika, oregano, grated garlic, 1 lemon zest and mix very well. Pass the fillets on this crumbs, breading very well.
Step 3
Then place it in a refractory, add a little of olive oil and take to preheated oven at 428°F for 30 minutes.
Step 4
In a bowl, add sour cream, creamcheese, parmesan cheese and mix well. Pour this mixture ove the fish and spread.
Step 5
Finish with grated mozzarella and take to preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
