ROAST CHICKEN

Roast chicken, filled with crumbs, more delicious than the purchased one, and perfect for Christmas.

Ingredients

  • 2 units of onions
  • 5 units of cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 3 units of chicken broth tablets
  • Oregano to tasty
  • Saffron to tasty
  • 800 milliliters of water
  • 1 unit of whole chicken
  • 1 unit of plastic film
  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
  • 1 cup of bacon
  • Beak pepper to tasty
  • Corn flour to tasty
  • Olives to tasty
  • Salt to tasty
  • Parsley to tasty
  • Chives to tasty
  • Toothpicks to tasty
  • 1 unit of aluminum foil
  • Potatoes to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In the blender, add 1 chopped onion, garlic, salt, chicken stock, oregano, saffron, water and beat it all very well.
Step 2
With a knife, make some cuts in the chicken. Then put the chicken in a container, pour in the seasoning we made earlier, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge overnight.
Step 3
In a frying pan, add butter and let it melts. Next, add chopped bacon and let it fries. Then add 1 chopped onion, chilli pepper and mix.
Step 4
Then add corn flour, olives and mix. Finish with salt, parsley, chives and mix again.
Step 5
Now put the crumbs inside the chicken. Then close it with toothpicks.
Step 6
Place the chicken on a sheet and add the potatoes. Cover with alluminum paper and take to preheated oven at 356°F for 1 hour.
Step 7
Then remove the alluminum and take it again to oven until it golden.
