Ingredients

  • 250 grams of cornstarch biscuit
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 600 grams of dulce de leche
  • 6 units of bananas
  • 100 milliliters of whipped cream
  • 300 grams of cream
  • 1/2 cup of refined sugar
  • Cinnamon powder to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a blender or food processor, crush the cornstarch biscuit. Next, transfer to a bowl, add melted butter and mix well.
Step 2
Then transfer to a serving dish and spread well. Take to preheated oven at 356°F for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Once it’s cold, add the dulce de leche and spread well. Now add the sliced bananas and set aside.
Step 4
In a bowl, add whipped cream and beat for 1 minute. Add the cream, refined sugar and keep beating.
Step 5
Pour it over the bananas and spread well. Finish with cinnamon powder to taste.
Step 6
Take to refrigerator for 3 hours.
