395 grams of condensed milk
200 grams of sour cream
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 liter of milk
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of water
7 units of bananas
How to make
Step 1
In a pan, add condensed milk, sour cream, vanilla essence, cornstarch and mix it very well, until the cornstarch dissolves completely.
Step 2
Next, add milk, turn on medium heat and stir until thickens.
Step 3
Then transfer to a platter and take to refrigerator for 3 hours.
Step 4
In a pan, add sugar, turn on medium heat and let it melts. Then add water and mix.
Step 5
Now add the sliced bananas and let it cook for 3 minutes. Let it cool at room temperature.
Step 6
Once it’s cold, pour it over the cream and refrigerate for 2 hours.
