COCONUT DESSERT WITH PLUM SYRUP

Ingredients

  • 200 milliliters of coconut milk
  • 395 grams of condensed milk
  • 6 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 50 grams of grated coconut
  • 1 unit of plastic film
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 250 grams of prunes

How to make

Step 1
In a saucepan, add coconut milk, condensed milk, cornstarch, milk and mix well. Then add the grated coconut. Turn on medium heat and stir until thicken.
Step 2
Transfer the cream to a serving dish, spread well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
In a saucepan, add sugar and let it melt completely. Then add water and mix.
Step 4
Then add the prunes and mix again. Once it boils, remove from heat and let it cool at room temperature.
Step 5
Once cool, pour the syrup over the top of the cream and spread it out well.
Step 6
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
