1 unit of onion
2 units of garlic cloves
500 grams of ground beef
1 teaspoon of curry
Spicy paprika to tasty

1 unit of green pepper
10 units of olives
340 grams of tomato sauce

400 grams of curd
3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese

200 grams of sour cream
4 cups of cooked rice

How to make
Step 1
In a pan, add the oil to taste, the chopped onion, mix and let it simmer until slightly wilt. Then add the garlic and let it brown.
Step 2
Add the minced meat and cook until all the water is dry. As soon as the water dries, add the curry, hot paprika, black pepper, salt, dried parsley, chopped tomatoes, chopped green peppers and chopped olives. Mix everything very well.
Step 3
Then add the tomato sauce and let it settle. Add the chives, parsley and mix again. Set aside.
Step 4
In a container, add the cottage cheese, grated parmesan cheese, ham and mix. Then add the cream and mix. Add cooked rice and mix well.
Step 5
In an ovenproof dish, add a little rice and spread well. Then add the minced meat and spread. Then add the mozzarella to taste. Repeat this process until all ingredients are gone.
Step 6
Finish with mozzarella and oregano and place in a preheated oven at 356°F until the cheese melts.
