RICE BALLS

Ingredients

  • 1 unit of egg
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 1 cup of grated ham
  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella
  • Salt to tasty
  • Black pepper to tasty
  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Chives to tasty
  • Parsley to tasty
  • Oil to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a bow, add cooked rice, ham, mozzarella, salt, black pepper, baking powder, beated egg, chive and parsley. With your hands, mix it very well.
Step 2
Next, take some of the dough and model the way as you prefere. Repete this process until all the dough is over.
Step 3
Fry in hot oil until it golden.
