5 units of eggs
1 coffee spoon of vanilla essence
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Butter or margarine to tasty
Wheat flour to tasty
790 grams of condensed milk
400 grams of sour cream
200 milliliters of coconut milk
24 grams of unflavored gelatin
Grated coconut to tasty
How to make
Step 1
In a bowl, add eggs and beat it until it duplicates it size. Next, add vanilla essence and beat again. Then, add sugar, little by little, and keep stirring. Add wheat flour, baking powder and mix well.
Step 2
Transfer to a greased and floured sheet and spread it well. Take to preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
Step 3
In another bowl, add condensed milk, milk cream, coconut milk, flavorless gelatin (hydrated according to the instructions of the packet) and mix it all very well.
Step 4
Pierce the cake and pour the mixture on top. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
