75 grams of passion fruit gelatin
500 milliliters of boiling water
1 unit of passion fruit
Oil to tasty
400 grams of milk cream
How to make
Step 1
In a bowl, add 25g of passion fruit gelatin, 300ml of boiling water and mix it very well. Next, add passion fruit pulp and incorporate.
Step 2
Transfer the gelatin to a greased pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
In another bowl, add 50g of passion fruit gelatin, 200ml of hot water and mix very well. Then, add milk cream and incorporate.
Step 4
Pour over the gelatin and refrigerate for 3 hours.
