STUFFED POTATO PUREÉ

Stuffed potato pureé. A restaurant recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of potato
  • Water to tasty
  • Salt to tasty
  • 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 200 grams of cottage cheese
  • Nutmeg to tasty
  • Parsley to tasty
  • Oil to tasty
  • 300 grams of ham
  • 300 grams of mozzarella
  • Tomato to tasty
  • Oregano to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a pan, add the chopped potatoes, water and salt. Mix it and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and mash them well.
Step 3
In a pan, add butter and let it melts. Next, add the pureé and mix. Then add the milk, little by little, and incorporate.
Step 4
Add the cottage cheese and mix. Now add nutmeg, salt, parsley and mix again.
Step 5
Grease a sheet with oil and place a little of the pureé, and spread well. Add the ham and mozzarella. Repete this process until all the ingredientes are over.
Step 6
Finish with tomato slices and oregano to taste.
Step 7
Take it to preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
