3 units of potatoes
Water to tasty
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
3 units of eggs
Oil to tasty
Parsley to tasty
Chives to tasty
Ketchup to tasty
How to make
Step 1
Cut the potatos into small pieces, transfer them to a pan and add water until cover it. Add salt, mix and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Now transfer the potatoes to a bowl and smash them very well. Add parmesan cheese, eggs and mix well.
Step 3
Grease your hands with oil, take a little of the dough and model it. Repete this process until all the dough is over.
Step 4
In a frying pan, add a little of oil and fry the potatoes until they brown.
Step 5
Finish with parsley, chive and ketchup to taste.
