170 grams of milk
3 grams of dry biological yeast
20 grams of sugar
1 unit of plastic film
200 grams of wheat flour
1 coffee spoon of salt
10 grams of unsalted butter or margarine
Wheat flour to tasty
1 unit of waxed paper
Milk to tasty
Butter or margarine to to tasty
How to make
Step 1
In a bowl, add 170g of milk, 3g of baking powder and mix it very well. Add 20g of sugar and mix it again. Close with plastic film and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In another bowl, add 200g of wheat flour, 1 pinch of salt and incorporate.
Step 3
Pour the mixture in the flour and mix it very well.
Step 4
Now add 10g of melted unsalted butter and add until you reach the ideal dough point. Cover it with plastic film and let it rest for 1 hour.
Step 5
Sprinckle some wheat flour over the dough and also on the table. Roll out the dough and divide into 8 small strips.
Step 6
Now take a part of the dough and shape it into little balls. Remember that the balls doesn’t need to have the same size. Place in a baking sheet with parchment paper and let it rest until it doubles in size.
Step 7
Brush a little of milk over it and take it to preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
Step 8
Once it’s out of the oven, brush a little of melted butter.
