Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
  • 2 units of sugar
  • 1 unit of bananas
  • 4 tablespoons of egg
  • 160 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • 50 milliliters of oil
  • Vanilla essence to tasty
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

How to make

Step 1
In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melts. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, turn on medium heat and mix.
Step 2
When it gets into this point, turn off the heat and add 2 bananas, sliced in half.
Step 3
In a bowl, add 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of sugar and beat very well. After that, add 160g of wheat flour, 100ml of milk, 50ml of oil and vanilla essence to taste. Mix it all very well. Now add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and mix slightly.
Step 4
Transfer the dough to the frying pan, close it and let it cook at low heat for 15 minutes.
