BOILED EGGS WITH BELL PEPPER

Ingredients

  • 5 units of eggs
  • Water to tasty
  • 1/2 unit of green pepper
  • 1/2 unit of red pepper
  • 1/2 unit of yellow pepper
  • 1 unit of tomato
  • Olive oil to tasty
  • 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
  • Salt to tasty
  • Black pepper to tasty
  • Spicy paprika to tasty
  • Saffron to tasty
  • Parsley to tasty
  • Chives to tasty
  • Grated mozzarella to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a pan, add 5 eggs and pour water until cover them all. Once it starts to boil, let it cook for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Now chopp ½ green bell pepper, ½ red bell pepper and ½ yellow bell pepper. Also slice 1 tomato in circles.
Step 3
In a frying pan, add a little of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the bell pepper we chopped before. Mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Now add the tomato slices. Cut the eggs in half and place over the tomatoes.
Step 5
Add salt to taste, black pepper, spicy paprika and saffron to taste. Finish with parsley and chive and grated mozzarela to taste. Close it and let the cheese melts.
