STUFFED COUSCOUS

This is the best stuffed couscous you ever saw! Easy to make and has an incredible taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cornflakes
  • Salt to tasty
  • Water to tasty
  • Oil to tasty
  • 2 units of eggs
  • 1/2 unit of onion
  • 150 grams of grated cheese
  • 150 grams of bacon
  • 400 grams of dried meat
  • 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
  • Parsley to tasty
  • Chives to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 teacup of cornflakes, salt to taste and mix it. Then add water and mix it again. Let it hydratate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
In the couscous bowl, add water and after that add the couscous. Close it and let it cook in medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step 3
In a frying pan, add a little bit oil, 2 eggs, ½ chopped onion and let it fries. Next, add salt to taste, 150g of grated cheese and mix it again until the cheese melts.
Step 4
In the same frying pan, add 150g of chopped bacon and let it fries. Then add 400g of cooked, shredded and desalted dried meat and mix well.
Step 5
Now add the couscous, 1 tablespoon of butter and mix. Add the mixture we did previously, mix it and then add parsley and chives to taste. Mix well and transfer to a refractory.
