3 units of eggs

3 tablespoons of wheat flour
Parsley to tasty
Chives to tasty
150 grams of grated mozzarella

How to make
Step 1
Cut 2 breads this way, about one finger thick.
Step 2
In a bowl, add 3 eggs, salt to taste and beat it very well. Next add 4 tablespoons of milk cream, 3 tablespoons of wheat flour and mix it. Finally, add parsley and chives to taste, 150g of grated mozzarela and mix it again.
Step 3
Pass the breads in this mixture this way, covering both sides.
Step 4
In a frying pan, add a little oil and fry the breads in medium heat until it goldens.
