How to make
Step 1
In a pan, add 395g of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and mix it very well. Next, add 400g of milk cream and 600ml of milk. Turn on médium heat and mix it until it boiles.
Step 2
When it boiles, add 160g of white chocolate and keep stirring until it thickens. When you get to that point, you can take it off the fire.
Step 3
Transfer the cream to a container, cover it with plastic film and let it cold at room temperature.
Step 4
Crush approximately 250g of cornstarch biscuit and add 120g of melted butter. With your hands, mix it very well until you get to that point. Transfer the biscuit to a removable bottom shape, and press it with a spoon that way. Now take it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 5
Slice the strawberries in the middle and place it in the shape that way. After that, add all the cream with a spoon and spread it well.
Step 6
In a container, add 200g of milk cream and 80g of white chocolate. Remembering that I heated the cream in microwave for about 30 seconds. Mix it well until the chocolate melts completely.
Step 7
Pour it over the pie and spread it very well. Take it to refrigerator for about 4 hours.
Step 8
I finished the pie with milk poder and strawberries to taste, but you can finalize it the way you prefer.
