  • 1/2 unit of purple cabbage
  • 1 unit of carrot
  • 300 grams of piece of ham
  • 200 grams of green corn
  • 1 unit of green apple
  • Green smell to tasty
  • Pass grape to tasty
  • 200 grams of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 unit of lemon
  • Leek to tasty
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • Olive oil to tasty
  • Salt to tasty
  • Pepperoni to tasty
  • Shoestring potatoes to tasty
  • Parsley to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a container, add the grated cabbage, 1 grated carrot, 300g of chopped ham, 200g of green corn, 1 chopped green apple, green scent to taste and raisin to taste. Mix everything very well. It is very important to remove all water from the corn.
Step 2
Now add 200g of mayonnaise, the juice of ½ lemon, leeks to taste, 200g of sour cream, a dash of olive oil, salt to taste and pepperoni to taste. Mix again.
Step 3
Transfer to a platter and spread well. Finish with potato straw to taste and a sprig of parsley.
