1/2 cup of rice
1 kilo of cassava
Black pepper to tasty
Dehydrated parsley to tasty
Oregano to tasty
Salt to tasty
Green smell to tasty
5 tablespoons of cornstarch
25 grams of grated parmesan

How to make
Step 1
In a container, add 1 and ½ cups of cooked rice and mash in this way. In a refractory, mash 1kg of cooked cassava.
Step 2
Now add the rice and dry seasonings to taste like black pepper, dried parsley, oregano, salt and green scent.
Step 3
Then add 5 tablespoons of cornstarch and 25g of grated Parmesan cheese. With your hands, mix everything very well until you reach this point.
Step 4
Grease your hands with oil, take some of the dough and shape it that way. Repeat this process until all the dough is gone. Now cut approximately 3 fingers thick.
Step 5
In a skillet with hot oil, fry the snacks until golden.
Step 6
If you prefer to bake, set aside some of the dough and shape it into a ball. But you can model it however you like.

In an oiled pan, place the balls and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes or until golden.
