In a skillet, add 200g of bacon, let it fry and set aside. In the same skillet, add 1 slice of minced pepperoni sausage, let it fry and set aside as well.

Now in a pan, add 500g of pasta, 400ml of tomato sauce, 5 cups of water and 1 coffeespoon of salt. Mix well, cover and cook. It is very important that you stir every 5 minutes to avoid the risk of the pasta sticking to the pan.

Then add the bacon, pepperoni and 400g of cream. Mix everything very well.
Step 4
Finally add 300g of grated mozzarella and mix again.

Transfer to a refractory and spread well. To finish, add parsley and chives to taste and bacon and pepperoni to taste.
