I never imagined making a gnocchi like this, easy recipe and with a special dough that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients
1 kilo of potato
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 teaspoons of salt
Black pepper to tasty
8 tablespoons of cornstarch
Grated cheese to tasty
Olive oil to tasty
2 units of garlic cloves
1 unit of onion
1 kilo of ground beef
Oregano to tasty
Paprika to tasty
Bahia spice to tasty
340 grams of tomato sauce
350 grams of tomato paste
1 cup of water
How to make
Step 1
In a container, add 1kg of boiled potato and mash very well. Pass the whole potato through a sieve.
Step 2
Then add 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 2 teaspoons of salt and black pepper to taste. Mix everything very well. Add 8 tablespoons of cornstarch, mix well until the starch is fully incorporated into the dough.
Step 3
Bring to medium heat, continue stirring and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the dough to a container, spread it out well and let it cool. Once the dough has cooled, transfer to a table and divide into 6 equal parts. Now make a roll like this with each part. Cut the dough approximately 1 finger thick.
Step 5
Place the gnocchi in a mold and pour sauce over it. To finish, pour grated cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Step 6
In a pan, add oil or olive oil to taste, 2 cloves of grated garlic and 1 chopped onion. Let it fry. Then add 1kg of ground beef and mix well.
Step 7
Add black pepper to taste, oregano to taste, paprika to taste, Bahia seasoning and salt to taste. Mix well, cover and cook until water dries.
Step 8
Once the water dries, add 340g of tomato sauce, 350g of tomato paste and 1 cup of water. Mix well and cook until you reach the desired point.
