350 grams of white hominy
2 liters of water
1 liter of milk
200 grams of sour cream
395 grams of condensed milk
1 cup of sugar
Roasted and crushed peanuts to tasty

How to make
Step 1
In a container, add 350g of white hominy and 1 liter of water. Let it sit for 6 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Now, in a pressure cooker, add the hominy and 1 liter of water. Cover and cook for 30 minutes after picking up pressure.
Step 3
Once the pressure is removed, transfer to a pan and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
Step 4
Then add 1 liter of milk, 200g of cream, 395g of condensed milk and mix everything well.
Step 5
In a saucepan, add 1 cup of sugar, stir well until it turns to caramel. Pour this caramel over the hominy, mix well until the caramel dissolves completely.
Step 6
As soon as it starts to boil, add 100g of roasted and crushed peanuts, keep stirring until the hominy is consistent and very creamy. Move to a refractory and finish with paçoca on top.
Step 7
I finished it with crushed peanut candy on top, but you can finish it any way you like, with coconut it's delicious too!
