  • 4 units of medium potatoes

  • pepperoni to tasty
  • parsley to tasty
  • chives to tasty
  • 200 grams of grated mozzarella
  • 100 grams of grated ham
  • cornstarch to tasty
  • 2 units of eggs
  • breadcrumbs or panko to tasty
  • oil to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a container, add 4 medium cooked potatoes and mash well. Now add salt to taste, pepperoni to taste, parsley and chives to taste. Mix everything very well.
Step 2
Then add 100g of grated mozzarella and mix again. It is very important that the potato is cold when adding the cheese.
Step 3
In a refractory, add 100g of grated ham, 100g of grated mozzarella and add.
Step 4
Take some of the dough and open it in your hand like this. Now add the stuffing. Then add a little more dough and shape like that. Repeat this process until all ingredients are gone.
Step 5
To bread, roll the dumpling into the cornstarch. Then pass in beaten eggs. Finally, spread in panko flour or breadcrumbs. Repeat this process until all the cookies are gone.
