1 liter of milk
70 milliliters of milk
4 tablespoons of vinegar
salt to tasty
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
How to make
Step 1
In a saucepan, add 1 liter of milk. Turn on medium heat and cook until boiling. Once it boils, turn off the heat, add 4 tablespoons of vinegar and mix.
Step 2
When the milk has curdled, cover the pan and let it sit for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Now, pass it to a sieve to separate the liquid from the mass. Squeeze well with a spoon to remove all liquid.
Step 4
Transfer the entire dough to a blender and add a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of butter and 70ml of milk. Beat everything very well.
Step 5
Now just put it in a cup and refrigerate it to make it more consistent.
